I ordered through randalls.com the pickup experience made me feel like I was a burden. The staff barely spoke to me, didn’t offer any help, and just gave off such cold, rude vibes. I was really disappointed because I expected a simple, friendly pickup. After that, I don’t think I’ll use it again

I stopped by my local randalls the other day, the main thing I remember is how dirty it felt. Maybe there were some okay parts I’m forgetting, but the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the carts felt sticky, and the bathroom was rough. I just grabbed the few things I came in for and got out. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon

I order from randalls every now and then, and the meat is usually fresh. The salmon and shrimp have been good too, no weird smell or anything like that. One time the steaks were a little smaller than I expected, which was kind of disappointing. My main frustration is the waiting, though, sometimes it feels like it takes longer than it should. Overall, I’m still happy with the quality. 4 stars.

Checkout took way longer than I expected just to pay. I was a little embarrassed standing there while the line built up behind me.

My order was totally off. Half my groceries were missing, and they swapped in things I never even asked for. I’ll clip the offers, make sure I’m signed in, and then somehow a bunch of them still don’t come off at checkout. Maybe I’m missing some tiny detail, but it really shouldn’t be that confusing. I asked customer service too, and they didn’t really clear it up. Just makes the whole grocery trip more frustrating than it needs to be...

My return was accepted, but the refund took way longer to show up than I expected. Customer service did eventually respond, but it wasn’t exactly quick, so I was left wondering what was going on. It did get resolved in the end, but the whole thing made me lose some trust. A refund shouldn’t feel like something you have to chase down.

It’s decent, I guess, if you actually use it the right way. The rewards aren’t amazing or anything, but they’re not bad either. Just kind of okay for what it is.

Prices were about what I expected, so no unpleasant surprise there either. Nothing fancy, but it was easy and painless, and at this point that’s basically all I’m asking for
